Unexpected staff warmth shines through
Despite the challenges, I met genuinely kind staff members who helped turn my frown upside down. The location was perfect for exploring local spots too.
However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. hair and grime lingered in the bathroom, and the towels seemed badly worn out, making the stay less than comfortable.

I expected a complimentary upgrade for the hassle but I guess that's just too much to ask for. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.
